CORPORATION NOTICES TO ASPHALTERS.—Tenders wanted.— The Corporation of Port Chalmers invite tenders for repairing the Asphalte Pavements in the town. Conditions to be ascertained at this office. APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first issue of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20,000. The Debentures will be issued for LIOO each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin. The entire loan, which is secured on the Harbor Property and Revenues, is repayable by annual drawings after five years from date of issue, the total sum payable not later than the year 1913. Further particulars may be obtained at the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board. The Debentures will be allotted as applied for, and interest allowed for payments made prior to the date of issue, which has been fixed as the Ist January, 1875 By order of the Board. JOHN L.
