NOTICE is hereby given that the City Council of Dunedin did, on the 4th November instant, by a resolution, order and direct that on Wednesday and Saturday mornings in each week, from daylight until 9 a.m. during the months of October, isovember, December, January, February, and March; and from daylight until 9.30 a.m. during the months of April, May, June, July, August, and September, the open space around the Cargill Monument may be used as a Public Market, for the general convenience of the citizens. APPLICATIONS are invited by the Colonial Bank of New Zealand for the whole or part of the first isme of the Otago Harbor Board Debentures, amounting to L 20.000. The Debentures will he issued for LIUU each, will bear interest at the rate of 6 per cent per annum, principal and interest being payable at the option of applicants either in London, Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, or Dunedin, The entire loan, whioh is secured on the Harbor Property and Revenues, is repayable < by annual drawings after five yeais from date of issue, the total sum payable I not later than the year 1913. ° Further particulars may be .obtained at | the chief office of the Colonial Bank of New Zealand, Dunedin, who have been appointed Agents by the Board.
