Judgment by default for amount claimed with costs, ’ Charles B Nevett v. C. Wiley, James (.lathy v. C. Wiley. Both cases were adjourned for a week, on account of defendant’s inability to attend through sickness. U. Niohoils v. J. I'.andgc. janr.—Claim of L 3 19s sd, for goods supplied. Judgment for amount, with costs. Plaintiff also claimed from the defendant 1.4 10s for rent and to obtain possession of premises. Judameat for amount claimed, ami defendant was ordered to deliver up possession on the 26th mst.
