The newspaper hitherto known as The Eveming Mail, having become the property of the proprietors of The Times, is nowpnblished twice a week, under the title of The Mail) at the price of threepence per copy as heretofore. The days of publication will be Tuesday and Friday, and each will contain the news and all matters of interest aypearing in the three previous numbers of The Times, which will thus be rendered available, in a cheap and convenient form, for persons residing abroad or in the Colonies.
