In all the above oases, arising tro'n errors and yielding to the passion no tr ( si mid be lost to at ance arrest p* 011 <j * o ease. ' Df •, L - L SMITH has devoted himself for twenty years in the Colony to the practice of this branch of his profession while previously, in England, he was the pupil of, and practised with the celebrated Dr. R. T. Culverwell, the only medical practitioner who ever exclusively adopted this as the sole branch of his prolession, •^ r L. L. Smith hereby informs the public that he is the only legally qualified medica' man in this speciality of his profession ; that others advertising are unqualified, and that therefore, in pretending to be qualified arc obtaining money under false pretences. Dr L. L. Smith also warns the publi< against the quackeries advertising. If th« taker of any of these advertised nostrum escape with his life, or his system be not thoroughly and irreparably undermined br them, he may look up himself as the most fortunate mortal. Dr L. L. Smith has been applied to by sc many unfortunate broken-down young-old men, utterly crushed in spirit, ruined in body, and filched in pocket, that he deems it a duty to publish this to the world. Those men and women who have been the victims of unprincipled charlatans frequenth seek that recovery which is often beyond D Smith’s control. When will the public un derstand that it is to their interest to consult a duly qualified medical man, who has made this his sole study, rather than apply to a number of ignorant impostors, who merely harp and prey upon their pockets and health ? Dr L. L. Smith has always stated that t< warn the public of these quicksands is hii chief reason for advertising. In all cases of nervous debility, lownesi of spirits, loss of power, pimples on the fore head, lassitude, inaptitude for business, im potency, drainage from the system, and th( various effects of errors of youth and blood poisoning from diseases previously contracted Dr L. L. Smith invites sufferers to consul him, as he has no hesitation in stating tha' no medical man, either here or in Euglanct has had the opportunities of practice and ex traordmary experience which he has had .therefore, those who really desire to b< treated by one who is at the head of his pro fessmn in this branch of medical practici should lose no time in seeking his advice nor should anyone marry without first con suiting him.
