SMITH ha* devoted himself for twenty years in the Colony to the practice of this branch of his profes-ion. while previously, m England, he was the pupil of, and practised with the celcbrat.d Dr. 11. T. Culverwell, the only medical practitioner who ever exclusively adopted this as the sole branch of his profession. Dr L. L. Smith hereby informs the public that he is the only legally qualified medica' man xn this speciality of his profession ; that others advertising are unqualified, and that therefore, in pretending to bo qualified arc obtaining money under false pretences. L, Smith has been applied to by sc many unfortunate broken-down young-old men, utterly crushed in spirit, ruined in body, and filched in pocket, that he deems it a duty to publish this to the world. Those men and women who have been the victims of unprincipled charlatans frequently seek that recovery which is often beyond D Smith’s control. When will the public un derstand that it is to their interest to consalt a duly qualified medical man, who has made this his sple study, rather than apply to a number of ignorant impostors, who merely UP ° n thdr P ockets Dr L. L. Smith has always stated that to warn the public of these quicksands is his chief reason for advertising. In all cases of nervous debility, lowness of spirits, loss of power, pimples on the forehead, lassitude, inaptitude*for business, impotency, drainage from the system, and the various effectp of errors of youth and bloodpoisoning from diseases previously contracted Dr L. L. Smith invites sufferers to consult mm, as he has no hesitation in stating that no medical man, either here or in England, has had the opportunities of practice and extraordinary experience which he has had. Therefore, those who really desire to be treated by one who is at the head of his profeaaion in this branch of medical practice snould lose no time in seeking his advice; nor should anyene marry without first consulting him.
