(as adopted by Bv e-law No. 2 of the Council of the said city, made on the 18th day of November, 1868), entitled “ A Regulation f;r fixing the Standings of Hackney Carnages and of Borough Stage carriages in cert&iii' crises, and. the mode in wliicli *iuy such, carriages are to stand thereon, and for other purposes; also for fixing the rates or fares lor hackney carriages and borough stage carnages m certain casts,” were Made and Passed by the Council of the City of Dunedm, on Wednesday, the 14th day of October, 1874.
