THE District Board and Ratepayers of the Mornington Road District, on the 9th day of September, 1874, at a meeting of the Road Board duly constituted, did, by resolution duly passed, express their resolution to levy a special rate of one shilling in the pound on the full nett annual value of all rateable property within the said Road District, for the period of twelve months from the 30th day of June, 1874; and notice is hereby given that a statement of the proposed rate, and of the estimate of the money required for the several purposes of the Road District for the current year 1874-1875, may now be inspected at the house of the Clerk of the Board at Mornington.
