MR BRYCE AT WANGANUI.
[By Telhuraph.] Wanganui, September 26. Mr Bryce addressed his constituents last night. He defended Mr v ogel, and said Mr Wood would hare brought forward resolutions to abolish the .Northern .Provinces if the Pi feaner had not. At the end of the meeting the following was unanimously car* £J e d :— *• That this meeting accords Mr Bryce renewed coutidcnce, and believes that the abolition of Provincialism in tne North .Island will tead to greater freedom, economy, and efficiency in the administration of the Government.”
