The whole of the Township of Green Island, comprising about 150 Ointments. It is situated four miles from Dunedin, having frontages to the Main South Koad between King’s Mill and Eagerty’s Hotel, and is in the immediate proximity to the stations of the Southern, trunk and Green Island Branch Rail ways.
