NOTICE is hereby given tlrat, pursuant to the Deed of Settlement of the Colonial Bank oi New Zealand, a Special General Meeting of the Proprietors of the sasd Bank will be held at the Masonic Hall, Moray place, Dunedin, in the P ovince of Otago, on Wednesday, the thirtieth day of Seutember, one thousand eight hundred and seventy-four, at two o’clock, p.m., for the purpose of Electing seven Directors and two Auditors, to be the first Directors and auditors of the said Bank.
