A GOOD SUGGESTION.
To the Editor. Sir,—As the summer is fast approaching, and many persona would be glad to spend a few weeks at tbe Port, but are unable to do so on account of the train in the morning leaving so late, it is desirable that the first train should leave the Port at twenty minutes past eight; people would then be enabled to reach their offices at nine a.na. Before the railway was opened the Harbor Company had one boat leaving the Port at eight a.m., end the other at nine a.m. If the Harbor Compauy found it answer, surely the Qeveram&nt would,—l atn, &0,,
