Monday, August 31. (Before J. Bathgate. Esq., R.M., aud J. Black, Esq , J.P.) Drunkenness. James Dcmoghue and James MVarthy were discharged with a caution ; Gilbert Coll was fined JOs, with the option of 48 hours’ imprisonment; Thos. M‘Lean, 20s, or 48 hours. Obscene I.anguage. —Thomas Reade was fined 10s with the option ot three days’ imprisonment. ViUtKancy.— Maria Dryden and Margaret Tmney, both girls of seventeen, pleaded guilty to a charge of having ho visible means of support, and were each sen ten :ed to fourteen days’ imprisonment 1
