Marion, for Wellington, early. Maori, for Lyttelton, August 6. Samson, for Oamaru, Aug. 7. Tauranga, for Greymonth, early. Tartar, for San Francisco, August 25, W anganui, for Bluff, August 5. ' The 8.8. Tararua sailed shortly after 4 p.m. yesterday with the Suez mail. The Harbor Co.’s p.s. Samson sailed this morning for her usual trip to Oamaru. The schooner Crest of the Wave was towed to Dunedin yesterday by the s.s. Jane. The ketch Glimpse is taking on board transhipments from the Hindostan for Oamaru. The schooner Pioneer sailed down from Dunedin this morning and anchored in Carey’s Bay. The s.s. Lady of the Lake having taken on board transhipments from the ship Dunedin, ■ailed last night for Oamaru. The ship Peter Denny was removed from the stream and towed alongside the railway pier this morning by the p.s. Golden Age. The steam dredge having received a thorough overhaul to her hull and machinery, was taken out of the Graving Dock this morning. The 8.8. Wallabi came down from Dunedin this morning, and after coaling from the hulk California, steamed alongside the ship Cartsbum foi transhipments for the Bluff. The Harbor Co.’s barque Bobycito, with a cargo of coal from Newcastle, was signalled at the Heads last evening. The Geelong proceeded down this morning and towed her up against the ebb tide at 1 p.m., when she was moored alongside the hulk Henbury to discharge. In goingalongside the hulk she ran into her stern, carrying away the barque’s figure-head and likewise the stem of the hulk and her rudder. She left Newcastle on the 10th; had N.W. winds for about 100 miles, then S. and S.E. winds; on the 10th she had a gale from the S. which lasted for five days. Made the land off Pembroke Peak with a westerly wind, and came through Foveaux Straits on Thursday night. Passed the Nuggets on Friday, and was off the Ocean Beach on Sunday afternoon, making the Heads last night. She brings 640 tons coal.
