HAILS CLOSE. Southland. Per Wallabi, on Tuesday, August 4, at 1.30 p.m. Southland. —Per Wanganui, on Wednesday, August 5, at 2 p.m. Northern Ports of New Zealand.—Per Ladybird, on Thursday, August 6, at 2 p.m.
On and after to-morrow (August 4), mails for Portobello, N.E. Harbor, and Kaik will close at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m., as formerly. All mails close at Albany street (branch office) ten minutes prior to the advertised time of closing at the Chief Post Office, Dunedin. ARCH. BARR, Chief Postmaster.
