NOTICE is hereby given, that certain Regulations, entitled the City of Dunedin Building Regulations, to be applicable to the City of Dunedin, under the authority of Subdivision 1 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 of the Municipal Corporali-ns Act, 1867 (aa adopted by Bye-law 6 of the Counoil of the said City, made on the 23rd day of February, 1870), were made and passed by the said Council on Wednesday, tho 22ad day of July, 1874. Notice is hereby given that the Nomination of Candidates for election to the office of Councillor for High Ward, in room of Councillor Keith Ramsay, resigned (elected Mayor), will be declared on Friday, 31st July, 1874, at the Terrace of the Provincial Council , Chambers, Water street, at the hour of twelve o’clock noon. Nominations, in form of Schedule D of the Otago Municipal Corporations Ordinance, 1865, may be lodged at the Town Clerk’d office, Manse street (where blank forms may be obtained), on or before noon of the day herein fixed for the declaration.
