Mr James Milner to-day sold a number of Crown grant lands in the townships of Waikawa. Jamestown, and Hull, situate near the foot of the Waihola and Taieri rivers. In all thirteen and a-quarter acres were sold, the total amount realized being L 206. In some instances the sections fetched considerably over the upset price.
