English and European news —The Mail, a paper containing the news, the principal leaders, a well-digested Summary and all interesting matter from The Times. - The newspaper hitherto known as The Eveening Mail, having become the property of the proprietors of The Times, is now published twice a week, under the title of The Mail, a-t the price of threepence per copy as heretofore.
