July 23 O n the third reading of the Deceased Wife’s N ister Marriage Bill, Mr Vogel made a strong 'peech against it. Mr Fox was equally strong in favor of the Bill. In answer to Mr Mervyn, Mr Richardson said the Government would re-consider their previous decision re deepening the Naseby sludge channel, wb.h a view to meeting the wishes of the inhabitants of the district.
