NOTICE is hereby given that certain Regulations, to be entitled “The Dunedin Building Regulations,” to be applicable to the < ity of Dunedin, and to be made under the authority of part 5 of schedule IS of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867 (as adopted by Bye-law 6 of the Council of the said City, made on the 23rd day of February 1870), have been proposed by the said Conn’ cil, and . that the said proposed Regulations will be taken into consideration by the said Council at an ordinary meeting, to beholden on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July instant, at the Council Chambers in Manse street, in the said City, and, if approved, will be thereupon passed.
