The amount of revenue received at the Cu» tjm-kouse on cleared for consumption was this day L 1,671 17s. Messrs M'Landress, Hepburn, and Co. report that they, on Saturday, offered for sale by auction at their rooms Mr C. R, Howdon’s township of Eglinton, abutting on the Town Belt, and adjoining the residence of Mr James Bat-tray. The sale excited considerable interest, and the rooms were crowded. The property was subdivided into forty-five allotments of about one-seventh of an acre each. The sale realized L 3,434 and prices ran from L6O to Llll per allotment, averaging LB6 per allotment, or equal to L6OO per acre.

Auckland, July 18.—Mr Buckland reports: Fat cattle, 30s to 40s; fat sheep, 5d per lb; dairy cows, 5s to 5s 9d; calves, 22s to 28s; lambs, 14* to 18*. G. W. Binney reports grain market dull.
