NOTICE is hereby given that certain Regulations, to be entitled “The Dunedin Building Regulations,” to be applicable to the City of Dunedin, and to be made under the authority of part 5 of schedule IS of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1867 (as adopted by Bye-law 6 of the Council of the said City, made on the 23rd day of February, 1870), have been proposed by the said Council, and that the said proposed Regulations will be taken into consideration by the said Council at an ordinary meeting, to be holden on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July instant, at the Council Chambers in M anse street, m the said City, and, if approved, will be thereupon passed. And notice is further given that a draft of the said proposed Regulations is deposited for the inspection (at all reasonable times) of any person interested therein, at the office of the said Council, m Manse street, Dunedin, aforesaid.
