To the Editor, Sib,—-I paid my rates on the 4th of May current and am not on the ratepayers’ roll, Mr T. J. Goodman told me I should be on the roll as before. Sir, the supplementary roil consists of citizens who paid tbeir rates two mouths after me, and why am I excluded?—l am, &c., ' Alfred Hellter. Dunedin, July 18.
