CITY OF DENEDIN. NOTICE is hereby given that certain Regulations, to be entiiLd “The Dunedin Building Regulations,” to be applicable to the City of Dunedin, and to be made under the authority of part 5 of schedule 13 of the Municipal Corporations Act, 18G7 (as adopted by Bye-law 6 of the Council of the said City, made on the 23rd day of February, 1870), have been proposed by the said Council, and that the said proposed Regulations will be taken into consideration by the said Council at an ordinary meeting, to be bolden on Wednesday, the 22nd day of July instant, at the Council Chambers in Manse street, m the said City, and, if approved, will be thereupon passed. And notice is further given that a draft of the said proposed Hegulations is deposited for the inspection (at all reasonable times) of any person interested therein, at the office of the said Council, m Manse street, Dunedin, aforesaid. HIS HONOR TSR"-SUPERINTEN-DENT directs it to be notified that the Commissioners appointed for that purpose under the Southland Waste Lands Act Amendment Act, 1873, have furnished to him the description of the boundaries of the land classified by them as Agricultural Land and as Pastoral Land respectively, pursuant to the provisions of the said Act, and that copies of such description have been deposited at the Land Office in Dunedin, and at the Land Office, Invercargill, where the same may be inspected by the public at any time during office hours ; and further, that the said description ®f boundaries will be published in the Otago Provincial Government Gazette en Yfpdnesday, the 29th day of July next, on and after which date the whole of the land therein described will be open for sale, except such parts thereof as may be reserved.
