Shares in Class A 1 are of Twenty-five Pounds* each, the principal being paid up in one sum. On these Half-yearly Dividends ; are paid at the rate of six per cent, per annum, and an annual bonus out of tbe sur- > plus profits, and from tbe future annual division of the Guarantee Fund. They may be withdrawn at any time on three months’’ notice. The last annual bonus was at the rate of 1| per cent, per annum. !
