"LE STYLE, C'EST L'HOMME.”

■ -* WJ. V JJ UViUITIIj, To the Editor. Sir,— Being of an inquiring turn of mind, I want to ask you a question. Was it the Provincial Solicitor, Mr Stout, who wrote the leader in the ‘ Daily Times’ of this morning on the constitutional debate ? I ask this because it is like his stereotyped language in debate. Lately I have noticed other leaders referring to Provincial questions bearing the impress of the same master hands, it is as well to know to whom we are indebted. Do allay my curiosity.—l am, &c., _ Simplex. Dunedin, June 11.
