For sugars rirere is little inquiry. Kerosene is very heavy, ihe Ag« of the 2nd reports :—ln teas a few transactions are reported in congous at Is 3d for chests, and Is 2d for boxes. The offering at auction of the cargo of the Lady Belmnre, from . oo Chow, coasisting of 7,741 packages, resulted in the quittance of 6,700 packages, at somewhat irregular prices, congous fetching B|d to Is 6M; and scented orange pekoes Is l|d to Is 2d. A private telegram from Foo Chow states that there was no appearance of the opening of the season ; no congous were coming down to port, there having been excessive rains np-coiintry.
