PERMANENT BUILDING SOCIETY OP OTAGO. Established 1864. The Shares issued by this Society are of two kinds, called respectively Shares of Class A and Class B. Shares in Class A are of Twenty-live Pounds each, the principal being paid up in one sum. On these Half-yearly Dividends are paid at the rate ftf sis per cent, per annum, apd an annual bonus out of the surplus profits, and from the future annual division of the Guarantee Fund, They may he withdrawn at any time on three mont s’ notice. The last annual bonus was at the rate of 11 per cent, per annum. Shares in Class B are of Twenty-five pounds each, and will be realised after seventy-five monthly payments of five shillings each have been made.
