THE CIIY COUNCIL is desirous to marke arrangements with some person holding Land along the Line of the Olutha Railway, to receive statedly, and for a term of years, the Manure, Rubbish, and Nightsoil of the City, the intention being to make arrangements for the removal of the present Manure Depot from Anderson’s Bay Road, and to Mve all the rubbish taken from the City daily by railway.
