Chbistchurch, and Westland.—Per Beautiful Star, on Saturday, May 23, at 4.30 p.m. Nobthebn Ports of New Zealand.—Per Otago, on Saturday, May 23, at 2 p.m. and Australian ColoniesPer Claud Hamilton, on Saturday, May 23, at 2 n.m. * British and other Mails, via San Francisco, ■will close at this office on June 2; Monday, 25th instant, being a Post Office holiday (m honor of her Majesty's birthday) mails for despatch that day will close at 6 a.m. Letters, &c, which in the ordinary course would db delivered at delivery window and by wtor-carriers on Monday will be delivered at Chief Post Office from 7to 8 o'olock on Saturday evening, 23rd instant.
