The Bank of Australasia, lst._ The great want of a thoroughly Colonia Banking Institution for the whole Colony o New Zealand having been long felt, it has beei determined by the Provisional Committee t supply the same by placing before the publi the present carefully considered scheme, wit! the full confidence.that it will meet with ver general support. 2nd.
