Q r E° the Editor. - ee - in . g J ;he Breat8 r eat muddle into which he Provincial Council has now got, in consequence of a large number of the metnbera being desirous of obtaining political' power, a suggestion has been made that, as a’ remedy for this, the term of each Executive should be limited to three months ; and that the members of the Council should in’ their according to alphabetical order f hold
office, for the above term. If this were dons vl be the meant of giving every M.P.O. an equal chance of the so much desired political office, and would allow the business of the country to be got on with I am, &c., n j’ R ’ Chapman. Dunedin, May 11.
