In addition to the telegraphic information which has already been published as to the immigrant ships now on the way out, we learn the following details The Atrato, which sailed originally from London on the 10th of February, but was obliged to put back owing to an accident to her shaft, and of whose actual date - of sailing no further advices have been received, has on board 765 souls, equal to 610 statute adults. Of these, 633 are for Canterbury, and 132 for Otago. The ship Apelles sailed for Canterbury on the 27th of January with 301 souls, equal to 243 statute adults. The Asia sailed for Otago on the Bth of February with 466 souk, equal to 390 statute adults. Of this number, 262 embarked at Queenstown, from which port the ship finally sailed on her voyage. The following emigrant ships are now on their way out to Wellington The Wennington, which tailed from London on

the 2lst of January with 291 souls, equal to 234£ statute adults; Golden Sea, which sailed on January 23’with 368 souls, equal to 301 statute adults ; Inverallan, which sailed on January 25 with 300 souls, some of whom are for Nelson; Schiehallion, whieh was to sail in February with 160 souls, some of whom are for Napier ; La H ogue, which was to sail in February, with 440 souls: and the Waikato, which was to sail ip March with 37Q souls. Fqr Canterbury, tRe following ships are on the way Racine, December 28 ;

Kakaia, February 16; Ballochmyle, in February ; Northampton, City of Dunedin, and Stonehara, in March, from London ; and the veruna, February 7, from Glasgow, with a total of 2,785 souls. For Otago iJ. N. Fleming, February; Buckingham, Hindostan, Carlsruhe, and C aroline, in March, from London ; Janet c ourt, from Glasgow, m February, with a total of 2,220 souls. For Auckland; The Nonpariel, in February; Wishart and Queen of Nations, in March, from London, with a total of 990 souls. For Timaru : Peeress, with 260 souls ; Halcione, for Napier, with 340 souls. It will thus be seen that there are between 8,000 and 9,000 emigrants on the high seas in ships bound for this Colony,
