To the Editor. Sir, —On the eve o£ St. George’s Day last year, I wrote to ask the assistance of your va luablo pen to blot out the holidays given in honor of defunct saints. The hint has not been taken ; and I observe with regret that there is a “ drag-on” us for St. George’s Day on Thursday next,—l am, &c., _ . Bilious. Dunedin, April 21.
