William J. Parsons, Nicholas Condas, William Lyons, John Easton, Frederick Hagstone, Walter Carter, and Edward Rainer were charged with the same offesoe. As they refused to go en board again, they were each sentenced to four weeks"imprisonment.

William J. G. Wheatley, who was charged with the same offence, pleaded that be was not amenable to the captain's orders, having had permission to go on shore and see a magistrate.—ln answer te the Bench, the accused stated he was not willing to go on board again.—He was also sentenced to four weeks' imprisonment.
