MAILS CLOSE. Northern Ports of New Zealand.—Per Ladybird, on Saturday, April 4, at 2 p.m. Australian Colonies.— Per Claud Hamilton, on Saturday, April 4, at 2 p.ra. British Mails, via San Francisco, will close at this Office on Tuesday, April 7. Friday, 3rd instant (Good Friday), being a Post-office Holiday, mails for despatch that day will close at 8 p.m. the night previous. A. STEYENSON, Acting Chief Postmaster, Chief Post Office.
