The following is the calendar of prisoners for trial at the ensuing session of the Supremo Court, commencing on Wednesday, Bth inst,, at 10 o’clock, before his Honor Mr Justice Chapman

John Blair—Stealing a cheque for money at Dunedin. Richard Todd-Stealing gold at Tinkers. Batnok Long—Murder at Green Island. a^as Say, alias Flash Jemmy— Übtammg goods by false pretences at Dunedin. Campbell— Perjury at Oatram. ste P“|?T°omey—Assault and robbery at DunWilliam H. Bruch—Obtaining money and goods by false pretences at Dunedin (two charges). Joseph William Jones-Horse-stealingat Clyde. William Sturrook—Embezzlement at Tokomalnro, two charges (on bail). James MTntosh-Forgery at Oamaru (on bail). Thomas M Queloh Honeywill—Mandaughtor at Clyde (on bail). ■ . to the Batter holidays, the offices of the Supreme Court will be closed from Thurs* day evening 2nd inst. to Wednesday morning at the usual hour.
