The Bonds are issuable under the authority and provisions of the “Otago Municipal Corporation Ordinance, 1865 ; ’ bear interest at the rate of 6 per centum per annum, payable half-yearly, at the option of any purchaser either in London, Melbourne, or Dunedin, and are secured on the City Rates.
