RE MATTHEW CURRIE.
To the Editor. Sir,— -In your report of this matter (no doubt taken from tho ‘North Otago Times’), you have gixen as the evidence of Currie that given by one Jarvis White, a bootmaker at Oamaru, The ‘North Otago Times’ reports the matter correctly in stating that Currie’s case was adjourned, and I beg to inform you that he was not examined. As Currie's solicitor, I have to.request that you will be good enough to correct the error in your next issue ; he objects to bearing any portion of Mr White’s burden.—l am, &c., _ J. O’Meaghbr.
