Buchanan made three bull’s-eyes, Wilson two and a centre, Payne an outer, Renouf and Somerville a bull’s-eye and centre. There were eightyfive entries for 6 this match, which lasted all the morning. Two of the top scores were made by Renouf and Somerville with medium Enfields, the other prize-takers using small bore rifles. Second All Comers’ Match.—Range, 500 and 600 yards.
