This case, a charge of assault, was before the Court on Thursday last, when the evidence .of Dr Hultoe; was given, from which it appeared that complainant was sneering from a /swelling in the neck.—Complainant now stated that he had some words with defendant about some fowls which were damaging witness’s bricks, and on bis going into the house and shutting the door, defendant pushed open the door and entered the hoiise.
