. Oamaru, March 20. The sale of Dr Webster’s well-known flock o Romney Marsh sheep took place at th Northern Agricultural and Pastoral Associa tion Show Grounds to-day. Mr Driver, of th firm of Driver, Stewart and Co., acted a auctioneer. The result of the sale was a gtea success, the attendance, being large, the bidding spirited, an*i competition. for the choicer lot very keen: The to£’ price was fetched byj pure-bred Romney • Marsh ram, which wa knocked down at Ll5O. The intermediate lot sold well,.the prices ! for' ewes in some case ranging to; L 50.-: •. Messrs Tolmie. Wilkin Holmes, E. W.
