The amount of revenue received at the Cub-tcai-houae on (roods cleared for consumption this day, was L 1,753 15s 9d. A. Mercer reports for the week ending 14th March (retail prices only) Fresh butter, (in Joints, best quality, Is 3d to Is 4d per lb ; do, in nraps, Is 2d per lb ; prime salt butter, Is 2d per lb. Butter continues to come in fieely, but : owing'to the great demand for fresh butter, very little is left oh hand for the purpose of salting down j consequently there is very little really prime salt butter in the market. Cheese, lOd to Is per lb for good samples. Side and rolled bacon, lOd to Is per lb. Colonial bams, Is to Is 2d per lb. Egos continue scarce, and are now selling at Is 8d to Is 9d per dozen. (By Telegraph.) Wellington, March 13.—Oats have hardened during the week, owing to non-delivery from Lyttelton. The stock are light, and new is selling at 4s 6d to 4s 9d ; old, ss. Flour (best brands), Ll3 to Ll4. Wheat, none offering. Bran, Is to Is Id a bushel, and scarce. Sharps, full stocks, L 6 to L6los. Bacon, scarce, at lOd. Hams, 11 Jd to Is. Cheese, to 6d. Butter, scarce, at 9d to lOd for fresh. Christchuro *, March 13. —Messrs lloyse, Sbead and Co. report:—Wheat, steady, at 4s 9d. Oats are not offering. Barley, 4s Cd to 4s 9d. Butter, Is. Hams and bacon, 9^d.
