The amount of revenue received at the Cus-tom-house on goods cleared for consumption this day, was L 1,659 8s lid. Gold duty, L 424 12s 3d. Messrs M'Landress, Hepburn, and Co. to-day sold Watson’s Royal Hotel, Walker street, to Mr Pike, late of the Prince of Wales Hotel, for LI ,500. The stock and furniture are to be taken at a valuation. The hotel consists of thirty rooms. ThC' Jessie Readman, which sailed for London on Friday last, took 4,851 bales of wool and skins, and 1,458 bags of wheat. The total value of her cargo was L 111,670 11s 6d, the wool contributing LU0,132 Is 6d; wheat, L 1,458; and skins, LBO 10s.
