It is stated that Mr John Walter, the proprietor of the ‘ Times,’jhas once more refused a baronetcy, Tlie Emperor of Germany is to give one great bell to Cologne Cathedral, which is to be called after him, “ The Emperor,” of tons weight. Mid which it will require forty men to swing. Possibly some steam-power will be eventually added to supersede jyork of the forty mejj.
