DEBORAH BAY CONTRACT. fTTENDERS are invited by the Colonial X Government for the construction of the Deborah Bay Contract of the Dunedin and Moeraki Railway, including a tunnel through the Purakanui Range. Telegraphic tenders, similarly addressed and marked, will be received if presented at any Telegraph Office by noon of the same date, provided that Written Tenders in due form are lodged at the office of the District Engineer, at Dunedin, Christchurch, or Auckland, by the same hour.
