THE Government having determined to wind up all outstanding accounts due hy Immigrants for passage money, intimation is hereby given to all those in arrear, that unless payment is made on or before the Ist day of March next, the Provincial Solicitor will be instructed to take proceedings in order to enforce a settlement.
