Wellington, January 30. -Mr O’Shea reports :—Flour : Camara (in sacks), Ll3 10s; Dunedin, ‘ Ll3 10s; Canterbury, Ll2 to Ll3 |os.. Oats, 4a 3d to 4s 9d per bushel Wheat, 3s 6d to 4s 6d. No milling in the market. Maize, ss, and scarce. Pollard, ls : to Is 4d. Bran, Is to Is 2d. >
Melbourne, . January 24. —Wheat is very scarce, and has reached 6s 7d to 6s Bd. Flour, Ll4 10s. Oats scarce of supply.' and little doing, at 5s 3d to 5s 6d. Steady business in sugars ; latest Mauritius' telegram of January 9th quote prices firm, with an upward tendency. The William Condell has be en chartered for Dunedin. There have been large sales of cornsacks.
Christchurch, January 30.—Messrs Royse, Stead, and Co., reportßuyers are offering 4s 3d .for.naw wheats but farmers are holding back; for ; higher- prices. The demand for new cats is very active; -3s has been paid for immediate delivery. Hams and bacon, Bid. Butter, dearer, 7j<lto ftjL., .
