Samson arrived at 7 p.m. last night frpm her usual trip to Oamaru, and passed up c - to Dunedin'; came down this morning, arid after coaling, steamed alongside the ship Xealarvdja to discharge wool. ; ■ . The p.s. Comerang, for Lyttelton and intermediate ports, sailed at 3 a.m. this morning. Messrs M‘MCckan and Blackwood’s s.s. Albion arrived shortly after ,9 o’clock this morning, having the Suez mail on board, which was immediately landed and conveyed with f a number !of passengers by special train to Dunedin. His Honor the Superintendent was a passenger by' her.' Reports leaving Port Phillip Heads at 2.30 p.m. on the 16th ; experienced light winds the first twp. days, then fight winds and calms until arriving at the Bluff at 9 a.m. oil the 21st ; discharged cargo, and sailed for Port Chalmers at A p.m., and arrived as above.
