Mr Walter’s Yatterina, aged, 7st 111b - - 1 Mr Ray’s Calumny, 4 yrs, 9st - - - 2 Mr Walmsley’s Atalanta, 5 yrs, fist 61b - 3 This was a splendid race between the first two horses. Yatterina got off with a start, and made the running at a hot pace, Atlanta lying last. At the last turn Calumny joined issue with Yatterina, and a splendid race ensued, Yatterina won by a head.
